San Diego County bail bonds and bondsman

About being detained, when an individual is arrested for a crime, typically that person will be taken to a local law enforcement station for booking, prior to incarceration in a station lock-up or county jail.

Once arrested and booked, the defendant has several options for release pending the conclusion of his or her case.

The bail bond system is designed to guarantee the appearance of a criminal defendant in court at the time the judge directs, once the defendant is released from jail. The most common method of release is using the services of a bail bond company.

At Brent Meyerson Bail Bonds you will find that we have provided you with a listing of San Diego bail bondsmen, jails and local courts.

Please contact us at the numbers to the left of this message, or e-mail him at brent@bmbailbonds.com for immediate San Diego bail bonding assistance and additional bail bond release information.

The San Diego Central Jail is located in downtown San Diego.  If you are planning on driving a vehicle to the facility you need to know that there is NO public parking at the jail.  There are, however, numerous pay parking sites around the jail. The public entrance and information area to the jail can be found on the east side of Front Street between "B" and "C" Streets.  There are several other options.  You can take either the Trolley or a bus to SDCJ from most everywhere within the greater San Diego area.

This is a very informative website…You can get the charges, booking number the arresting agency, the detainee’s date and time of arrest and court information.  This information is not "live" information.  Depending on the time of day the information is added, a person could be in their custody but not show on the list provided at the web site.  Therefore, you are encouraged to call the Jail Information telephone number if you have any questions. (619) 615-2700.
